Employment law

Employment law is a branch of law that regulates the legal relationships between employers and employees. This primarily involves the interpretation and application of labor law standards, laws and regulations. We advise both employees and employers in all matters relating to employment law. This includes in particular

  • Advice on ordinary and extraordinary dismissals (without notice) and dismissals with notice of change
  • Negotiation of severance payments in the context of termination actions or termination agreements
  • Examining the legality of warnings and developing strategies to defend against them
  • Representation before labor courts to contest and defend against dismissal claims
  • Enforcement of claims for outstanding remuneration, overtime pay and bonus payments
  • Advice on references, their correction or legal challenges
  • Clarification of disputes regarding the granting of vacation, vacation compensation and special leave
  • Reviewing, restricting and enforcing non-competition clauses
  • Support with employment law aspects of employing foreign specialists
