Legal liability law regulates the conditions under which someone can be held responsible for damage to persons, property or assets and what claims result from this. In this complex area, we represent your interests vis-à-vis accident insurers, liability insurers or other third parties. Our legal advice relates to the legal support of private individuals, companies or insurance companies in matters of liability for damage caused. This includes in particular

  • Determining whether and to what extent liability exists
  • Support in the defense against excessive or unjustified claims for damages
  • Representation of injured parties to assert their claims
  • Advice on breaches of duty arising from contracts (e.g. purchase, work or service contracts)
  • Clarification of liability issues in the event of unlawful acts (e.g. traffic accidents, personal injury, damage to property)
  • Examination of insurance cover, support in the settlement of claims
