Your tasks include:

• Independent processing of dossiers in various areas of law
• Direct contact with clients, counterparties, courts and authorities
• Drafting correspondence and legal documents in various proceedings
• Participation in hearings and court hearings
• Legal clarification activities
• Assistance in reception/secretariat
• In addition to a successfully completed degree in law, we expect an independent and precise way of working, a confident, well-groomed appearance and, if possible, a completed internship with a court or public authority.

Remuneration is based on the provisions of the collective employment contract for trainee lawyers in the Canton of Fribourg and amounts to CHF 2,046.00 gross for the first six months and CHF 2,370.00 for the following six months.
